I love bootleggers.
Saw this show Saturday night in Toronto…and it was fantastic. Got 2 hours and 40 minutes? Check this out.
Kanye West Performed An Amazing Career-Spanning Medley Of Hits On “Late Night With Seth Meyers”
This gives me such hope that his Bonnaroo set is going to be awesome.
The more I look at the Bonnaroo line up the more I like it. I hear some bitching and moaning from people who arn’t going anyway….so I’m not going to put much stock into it. Headliners are never my thing anyway. The best time for shenanigans on the farm is when everyone shuts down for the evenings main event.
That having been said….the undercard is amazing!
I’ve wanted to see DIE ANTWOORD for a few years now. The answer to South African white trash culture has beats and flow to spare. Plus…I mean…Yolandi….
Cake! I mean…holy shit! I figured by the time I was partying like it was actually 1999, my chances of ever seeing these guys was long gone. This is comfort food on this bill. I imagine I’m not going to see all of it, but I’m super happy they’re going to be there.
I can’t imagine how pissed off Lauryn Hill is going to be when she steps on the stage and sees all those goony white kids staring back at her. Still…I’m hoping all the bad reviews of her shows the last decade were flukes. I want this to be an awesome set.
I downloaded a bunch of stuff after the line up came out, amongst which was an EP called Fun Machine by these guys. 5 covers and an original. She’s got a voice like buttah to quote Dani Stover.
While watching #BLAM, Becky C’s roommate Andy seemed pretty excited about King Khan & The Shrines. I grabbed their ‘What Is(With the Shrines) album and have been listening almost non stop. It’s just re-god-damn-diculous.
